INVENTORY OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (IHM) MAINTENANCE SERVICE
IHM Services HLAS -> Dynamic Key Support Lubricants LubeOil Survey and HLAS reports Oil analysis is your fit in special gem.
Maintaining compliance for the entire service life of a vessel does not happen by itself. Any change on board must be notified and an updated IHM-report is required every time something changes. For example: after a refit or intensive docking, it is possible that hazardous materials have been brought onboard. Our IHM Maintenance service simplifies the update process, prevents unnecessary re-sampling and reduces costs.
- BUILDING STAGE: THE SAFE START OF A SHIP’S JOURNEY New build vessels are obliged to carry an IHM report. During this stage, we set up the IHM based on material declarations. A certified surveyor collects samples for analysis in one of our accredited laboratories. In some cases, a check of possibly used materials from suppliers is useful before the construction of the ship
- OPERATIONAL STAGE: Careful maintenance keeps your vessel up to par during the operational stage. Staying compliant at all times, does not happen by itself. That’s why when certain changes take place on board must be notified, meaning an initial survey (IHM Part I) must be carried out. If you already had an IHM during construction, we will carry out an additional survey and further expanded this report if needed.
- RECYCLING STAGE: DISMANTLING THE SHIP SAFE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
